After our fantastic trip to Hudnall Park we have been busy and back to work this week! We have been looking at different styles of Poetry in English this week, which all had a Victorian theme. We have read and interpreted some and also experimented with writing some of our own. In Maths we have been learning how to interpret and draw different styles of graphs and we have been solving problems based on those!
We have designed and written some lovely thank you letters to Hudnall Park and had great fun reminiscing about our time there and sharing our stories.
In PE this week we all took part in some running races, javelin throwing and standing long jumps to practise our skills for District Sports which is coming up very soon!
Next week we will continue to analyse data in Maths and we will be starting a new English topic which focuses on Oliver Twist!
