On Thursday evening, Key Stage 2 performed ‘The Little Match Girl’ as part of our Christmas Celebrations. It was wonderful to hear the children sing so beautifully together. Year 5 enjoyed both of their individual class pieces and all the class looked so good in their costumes, making it a heart-warming performance.
Year 5 have had great fun being creative this week. It has been a brilliant start to a new year, involving ourselves in team building activities and creative play. We have enjoyed Yoga and Mindfulness sessions, which have prepared us for the busy term ahead.

On Wednesday 19th July, Year 5 enjoyed a French themed day in class. We made passports containing information about ourselves in French, enjoyed a game of boules in the playground, and (the undoubted highlight of the day) practised ordering drinks and pastries in our classroom cafe.
